Findings

While exploring in the garden the other day--and trimming back a bush so the tulips had some room...and picking all the daffodils--we found what I believe is a preying mantis nest in the trimmings.  I tried to put it somewhere safe, but I don't think I'm attentive enough to actually catch them hatching.
I'll be all over the bloomin' tulips, though.

Darn it! I found one too! I was thinking it was a "nest" of some sort then I changed my mind and thought it was nothing. Tried to open it. :( Ug so sad.

Interesting - very interesting. And a reminder - I am way behind on yard work. Already!

Interesting! (We don't have praying mantis here - I think it would be so cool to see one.)
