180'

My son built a jump in the backyard and has been working on his 180'--the precursor to the 360'--the precursor to the 720'.  Awesome.

I ordered some clothes on sale at Anthropologie.  I've wanted to buy something there forever, but never have.  Hopefully I guessed right on sizes and won't end up with a bunch of shipping charges and returns.

We've gone from excessive snow to a forecast of excessive rain.  And flooding.

I'm almost glad the Olympics are coming to a close, because I've stayed up too late and sat on the couch too much watching them.

I started reading A Moveable Feast by Earnest Hemmingway, and I'm entranced at the idea that so many writers and artists were contemporaries bustling about Paris.

Wishing you a great weekend!

Have you seen the movie Midnight in Paris? It's really good, and would go well with your #5.

Snow, now rain, here too.

What a brave boy! our weather forecast is pretty much the same… still lots of soggy snow on the ground… we expect some flooding.

What a great shot of your son, I'm sure he has been very inspired by the Olympics as well. And rain on top of snow is never a good thing! :( Sure wish there was some way to get all that water over to California, boy they sure need it!

Do I detect a future Olympian in the making. Your son looks pretty good at that.
I haven't watched much of the Olympics at all this time around.
I've never read that book but I've heard of it.

Brandi, thanks for your visit to my blog & the book recommendation - I just happened to pick up The Paris Wife this past week! It's sitting in my stack. I bought it at Goodwill because I thought it looked interesting, good to have a review behind it!

We had another day of canceled school today due to another foot of heavy, drifting snow - more so due to the icy roads. What a winter!

Hope your Anthropology clothes are just right!

We are following the same weather pattern. Cool awesomeness on the snow jump - and I'm ready for the Olympics to be over just because I am ready for NBC to be done with broadcasting them (poor show on their part).

What a cool action shot! Looks like he's headed to the Olympics :) I stayed up way too late watching the games as well, so I am kind of glad they are over. I have always wanted to get clothes from Anthropologie but never have. I hope the sizes are right for you!

PS - Our white layers are a White Leghorn, California White, and a Production Black.
