Cold

It's cold.  I'm tired of it being cold.  I'm also a bit miffed when it's fabulously sunny and yet still fabulously cold.  What a tease.

I've been tearing apart my house.  Bedrooms, bathrooms, closets...it feels good to get rid of the clutter.  I guess something will come out of all this cold.

I have ridiculous fines at the library.  Again.

Despite tearing the house apart, I have yet to find my keys.  They've been missing for 2 weeks.

I'm going to make hot cocoa.  And spend the day cleaning the room of a 13 year old.
Wish me luck.

I love your photo... and it does look cold. Hard to get through this time waiting for spring, but sounds as if you are making good use of your time.

Spike the cocoa. It might help! I'm a sucker, I suppose. But I'm not over winter yet!

The photo is beautiful, but I understand you well, long lasting cold spell has a little unnerving, I hate the winter. Cold creeps in every corner ...
We did not have it this year - it's to be expected for sure yet.
Good luck for you :-)

I think we are all getting a bit tired of the whole winter thing by now -- and we haven't even had any real snow (yet.)

Here is cold too, in Finland. But I love snow and joy of children. I dress up enough and after all it's not so cold anymoe :)

Have a lovely weekend!

Ps. An adorable shot!

You perfectly captured your discontentment with the weather. I feel your pain.

At least you are being productive during the cold and nasty weather.

Tearing the house apart sounds like a perfectly good way to make something positive out of this ridiculous weather.

When you say ridiculous fines at the library, do you mean like $3? ;)

I hear you about the cold. It is crazy. I am currently sitting on my couch with 2 pair of socks, a pair of flannel pajama pants,a short sleeved shirt, a long sleeved shirt, a fleece sweatshirt, and a fleece vest...and I have a blanket over me....i should mention that I have been complaining about the cost of home heating oil as well.
