two hundred and seventy six

It's a Random 5 kinda Friday!

1.  I made puppy chow.  I shouldn't make it, though--I gorge on it until I feel sick.
I can't seem to help myself.

2.  I spent this week working on long exposures.  It was more fun than I expected.  The ghost shot is my favorite, it makes me want to have a Halloween party so I can use it for invitations.

3.  The dog has been helping me clean the kids.

4.  My youngest has totally mastered the monkey bars.

5.  We've spent a lot of time in trees.

Have a great weekend!

Monkey bars used to be one of my favorite playground things to play on.

Thanks for joining in this week Brandi!

I loved the monkey bars -- a very very long time ago! Giggled at the dog helping clean the kids. Fun shot. Also like the ghost shots. Fun 5!

These are awesome. But, I would really like to know what is "puppy chow"?!!!

I'm new to Random 5 this week, and thought I'd try and get the gist of it all by paying you a visit!! Happy weekend.

Those first two images are so cool! I read the puppy chow recipe, I'm going to have to try it!

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Puppy chow sounds delicious! - At first I was like....What? and then I read the recipe. Whew...

Interesting "Ghostly" shot, was also looking at some of your other long exposure shots. Fascinating. I wouldn't even know where to begin to try and get that effect with my camera.

Loved the shot of your girl on the Monkey Bars. I never did master them as I have a weak wrist that would pop out of place all the time so I couldn't hang from the bars for very long.

Glad I'm not the only one who has trouble with puppy chow! That stuff is so good and so bad.

Love the long exposures....especially at the sunrise as I love what it does to the moving water. I got some ghosting one night while waiting for the fireworks to start this summer...they were over the water, and there were some kids playing at the waters edge...they totally look like ghosts!!

Love the third and fourth shots. At some point I would like to try long exposure, but I would need a tripod first.

did someone mention puppy chow - oh man, that stuff is so good.

You are getting a good handle on the slow exposure - nicely done.

Cute Monkey you have there too.

I'm not sure what puppy chow for humans is-but I love the long exposure shots! All the pics are so fun and expressive.
