one hundred and ninety nine

We had a little adventure in
the field behind our house. Sometimes
it has cows from a neighboring
farm, but today it had Queen
Anne's lace, which my daughter wanted.
So she crept in gently through
the tall grass to pick it.
(Then we thoroughly checked for ticks.)

Lovely photos of your daughter. You are making precious memories for yourselves. Mothering is a blessing. Your words speak of gentleness and beauty.

Love those lashes!! and I'm a fan of 'gentle' adventures...your outdoor shots of your kids have that feel - and I never tire of seeing what they're up to! (not a fan of ticks though, right??!!)
